Our fabrication shop offers pipe cutting and bending, MIG & TIG welding, and stamping with 12 mechanical presses (10 to 70 tons). We also provide precision machining (drilling, tapping, lathe) and CNC plasma cutting up to 1250 x 2550 mm and 30 mm thickness, enabling fast development and pilot production with minimal tooling.
A High-Pressure PU Foam Molding Machine creates durable, long-lasting foams for seat manufacturing by injecting high-pressure polyurethane foam into molds.
We can cut up to 1250 x 2550 and up to 300 mm thickness for faster development and pilot lot production with limited tooling. We can cut FRP, Wood, Ply wood etc. for faster prototype development
